Thanks to Sam Good’s grandmother, Sam Good and Sue Judd get married despite knowing very little about each other. After their wedding, they part ways and only reunite a year later at Sam's election event for secretary, where Sue becomes his personal secretary. Remarkably, neither of them recognizes the other. Despite several attempts by Lana Bale and Sam’s mother to sabotage their relationship, Sam and Sue gradually fall for each other.
